Likelihood of Confusion, that is, is your name confusingly similar to someone else’s; and/or Taking Unfair Advantage, that is, can someone claim that you chose your name to take advantage of their name or their image/awareness

To avoid someone being able to come after you for this, when reviewing the hits found in your visualization you should be most worried about hits with the same or similar names, and the same or similar goods.

The algorithm will display the names and goods that are most similar to yours closer to the center, with progressively less threatening (but still noteworthy) hits on the outer rings.

A name with few nearby hits, or none, is generally a better prospect than a name with many.
